Accessing counselling services

Respond SA is a service of Relationships Australia (SA) and is funded by the Department for Families and Communities. With the completion of the Children in State Care Commission Inquiry there have been refinements to the services Respond SA offers.

People who have been involved in the Children in State Care Commission of Inquiry can access free counselling at Respond SA. Details about accessing free counselling can be found by clicking here.

Our Respond SA staff are highly skilled and specialised in supporting adults who have experienced childhood sexual abuse. Over the past four years of its operation, the expertise of Respond SA has been woven throughout Relationships Australia (SA) through the creation of new roles. We will also continue to provide a training program for health and community services.
